We also process a one-way identifier derived from your internet address to limit spam. We do not store the address itself for this purpose.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether our services may be suitable, arrange a discovery call and communicate with you about that enquiry. We only collect information reasonably necessary for these purposes.

How it is stored and protected

Contact-form information is stored in our secure cloud database. Access is restricted to authorised people and trusted systems that need it to respond to enquiries. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.

How we use and disclose it

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers to operate our website and systems. They may process information only to provide those services and must handle it securely. We may also disclose information where required by Australian law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, our business records and any legal obligations. We securely delete or de-identify it when it is no longer required.
